James MacCormick

Principal

James is a principal and co-founder of IPA. He has over seventeen years of commercial property experience specialising in tenant representation.

James has worked in the property industry in Wellington, Auckland, London and Beijing. He was a director of Colliers International and prior to establishing IPA ran their Auckland leasing team for eight years.

James is skilled in understanding commercial operations and the drivers of business decision making. He is considered to be one of New Zealand's top leasing specialists.
